What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity for corporate and B2B orders is 50 units. Great for outfitting your whole team. Remember, the more the merrier!
How does the ordering process work?
Ordering corporate gifting customized sunglasses is easy:
1. Choose your styles and quantities from our corporate gifting collection.
2. Upload your logo or artwork and customize your sunglasses.
3. Review your order and check out online.
4. We produce and ship your order straight to your team, clients, or event location.

How do I submit my logo or artwork?
Uploading your logo is simple. During the ordering process, you'll be prompted to upload your artwork directly on the product page or at checkout. For the best results, we recommend SVG or PNG files, though JPG files are also accepted. Once submitted, our team will review your artwork and ensure it's optimized for your custom sunglasses.
What's the typical lead time?
Production timelines vary based on order size, product selection, and customization requirements. Most custom orders are produced and shipped within 2–4 weeks after artwork approval. If you have a specific event date or deadline, notify our team prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
What decoration methods are available?
We currently offer custom logo printing on the sunglass arms (temples) of our frames. The available print area and logo size will vary depending on the frame style you select. Unfortunately, we do not offer text customizations at this time.
During the ordering process, you'll be able to upload your artwork, and our team will ensure your logo is optimized to fit the chosen style for the best possible result.
What if I need to ship to multiple addresses?
No problem! For orders that require shipping to multiple addresses, please contact our team directly at b2b@knockaround.mom. We'll help coordinate the logistics, confirm your order details, and ensure your customized sunglasses are delivered to the right recipients.
Do you offer international shipping?
