Amazing customer service

I have been a loyal Knockaround customer for years. I have multiple limited edition glasses and I have never had an issue. This time I purchased a clearance pair of glasses and they got lost in the mail. When I contacted customer service not sure how to proceed they were amazing and took care of everything. I received both the ordered pair and replacement pair on the same day. I offered to send the replacement pair back and true to this amazing brand they told me to keep them. The only glasses I put on my face and I have a pair in every bag and car. Love this brand and amazing customer service .
